REFUND POLICY

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, email us at support@petorva.com with your order number, reason for return, and a photo of the item. We will review your request and provide return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, email support@petorva.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos. We will issue a full refund or send a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the item in this case.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we will send the correct item or issue a full refund.

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 7 days. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Important Note

As our products ship directly from our suppliers, return shipping costs may apply depending on the situation. We will always work with you to find the fairest resolution.
