SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. We will notify you by email if there is a significant delay.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

We ship all orders from US-based warehouses.

  • Standard Shipping (US): 3-7 business days
  • Free standard shipping on all orders over $35

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order at any time.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please email us at support@petorva.com within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.

If your package is lost in transit, contact us at support@petorva.com and we will work with the carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
